Mission and Objectives
The Denver Republican Women is an affiliate of the Colorado Federation of Republican Women (CFRW) and the 95,000 member National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) NFRW is the largest partisan political organization in the United States. All active members of DRW are members of the CFRW and NFRW.
To foster and encourage loyalty to the Republican Party and to the principles for which it stands;
To promote an informed electorate through political education;
To increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government through political participation;
To encourage cooperation among this group, its sister unit groups of the CFRW, the NFRW, and the regular Party organization.
Denver Republican Women was one of the charter groups of the Colorado Federation of Republican Women, both founded in 1938. Members of the Denver group served as President of the CFRW for 4 of the first 5 terms.
For 78 years, Denver Republican Women have assisted the Republican Party to elect Republican candidates and have served to educate women on Republican Principles and how to become involved in government.
